Introduction and Features of the Fully Automatic Asphalt Penetration Tester
Suitable for conducting experiments on various types of asphalt. The instrument features automatic temperature and timing control; needle penetration is measured using a displacement transducer, and the average value is calculated automatically. It is equipped with a 20x magnifying glass and a spotlight for convenient and intuitive observation.

Uses and Equipment Features of the Rotary Compactor
The gyratory compactor is used to simulate and replicate the actual compaction conditions encountered during on-site paving operations, thereby determining the compaction performance of asphalt. It evaluates the compactness characteristics of asphalt mixtures and provides support for the design, quality control, and testing of asphalt mixtures.

Overview and Feature Analysis of the Rotary Compactor
The design of the rotary compactor incorporates numerous features aimed at ensuring operator safety and minimizing manual intervention when handling hot, heavy test molds filled with asphalt mixtures. The test molds can be slid directly from the workbench into the compaction chamber and then, after compaction, slid into a pneumatic specimen separator—all without requiring any lifting or raising motions. The compaction chamber is completely sealed, and its access door is fitted with safety glass, allowing operators to observe the compaction process through the glass. The door features automatic opening and closing mechanisms and is equipped with an interlock system to prevent it from being activated while closed. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate shutdown in case of an emergency.
