I. Uses
The gyratory compactor is used to simulate and replicate the actual compaction conditions encountered during on-site paving operations, thereby determining the compaction performance of asphalt. It evaluates the compactness characteristics of asphalt mixtures and provides support for the design, quality control, and testing of asphalt mixtures.
II. Equipment Features
1. A high-hardness, premium-grade steel is used for the frame to ensure precise angle control.
2. Electro-pneumatic servo control adjustment.
3. The color display touch control system can be directly connected to a computer. Through the interface, the computer can display various curve charts and achieve seamless connection with the touch screen, enabling integrated instrument control.
4. Test parameters such as the rotation compaction angle, compaction pressure, rotation speed, and number of rotations can be easily set.
5. During compaction, it is possible to measure and display in real time key parameters such as the rotation angle of the mold, compaction pressure, degree of compaction of the specimen, and number of rotations.
6. Perform operations such as storing, plotting, and printing the results of the compaction tests.
7. The compaction test can be performed in two operational modes: 1. Set the number of rotations in advance; 2. Set a specified height in advance.
8. Interface configuration: 1 USB port.
9. Integrated built-in demolder.
10. The test mold rotating chamber can be heated and kept warm (customized).
11. Can be used for compaction tests on emulsified asphalt and cold-recycled mixtures.
