DF-2 Type French Inflatable Tire Vehicle Withdrawal Tester
This test is used to evaluate the resistance of asphalt pavement materials to rutting under simulated traffic conditions. Two 500x180mm specimens are tested simultaneously, using pneumatic tires. The specimens are loaded according to selected load levels, speeds, and temperatures, and during the test, the development of the rut profile is continuously monitored at regular intervals.
A unique measurement and data acquisition system is used to monitor the vehicle’s development during the testing process. The control of test procedures and conditions, as well as data acquisition, are performed by computer components via a high-speed digital interface and signal modulation system.
Main features
● Test two sets of samples simultaneously.
● The axle load of the road test material must be at least 13 tons.
