PRC-10 Type French Inflatable Rubber Wheel Roller Molding Machine
Function: Meeting the rolling compaction requirements specified in European Standard 12697-33 for inflatable rubber wheels, this equipment is one of the essential performance testing devices for French asphalt mixture design.
Principle and Features: It is formed by rolling with smooth, inflatable rubber wheels, which better simulates the on-site compaction performed by rubber-tired rollers. The molded thickness can be either 5 cm or 10 cm, making it particularly suitable for compacting coarse mixtures.
Main Technical Parameters
a. Mold dimensions (length × width × height): 500 mm × 180 mm × 100 mm or 500 mm × 180 mm × 50 mm
b. Use 400-8 smooth-surface pneumatic tires with tire pressure ranging from 0 to 0.7 MPa (±0.03 MPa).
c. The range for applying axial loads on the wheel is ±10% of KN to ±5% of 10 KN. When the axial load exceeds or equals 2 KN, the accuracy of axial load application is ±5%.
d. The rubber wheels can move under dynamic loading at a constant speed (Vt ±10%), where Vt ranges from 200 mm/s to 500 mm/s.
e. Capable of achieving both fixed-axis and free-axis molding modes.
