      DF-9 Asphalt Mixture Stability Tester

         I. Key Technical Features

1 The instrument employs advanced instrumentation control and microcomputer processing technologies: the entire test is automatically completed by the instrument itself. The instrument boasts advantages such as advanced technology, a high degree of automation, and the absence of human-induced testing errors.

2 The instrument’s operation panel consists of a large-screen, high-resolution color LCD touch screen, quick-access buttons, and a printer. It employs advanced large-screen graphic LCD display technology, directly showing high-resolution curves of the specimen’s deformation under pressure during testing. [When the pressure or displacement exceeds the display range, the instrument automatically adjusts the coordinate data.] The panel also displays stability and flow value test data, automatically calculates and displays the Marshall modulus, and prints out the test results. The instrument provides intuitive test results and is easy to operate.

3 The unique displacement installation method ensures... The flow value is the deformation at the center of the specimen, not the deformation on the side of the indenter. Therefore, the flow value data are more accurate.

    4. The instrument can store 9. 9 Test data and pressure curves, a user-friendly interface for intuitive historical data queries, allowing you to view and print data at any time—simple and convenient to operate.

5 Having a stress-strain curve "O" Automatic correction feature It automatically corrects for spurious displacements at the test start point according to procedural requirements, eliminating spurious displacements caused by testing equipment and other factors.

6 Synchronous belt drive prevents belt slippage, ensuring stable loading speed.

7 The entire experiment is completed automatically and can also return to its original position automatically.

8 Intelligent functionality: Each set of samples is automatically evaluated according to the prescribed procedures. Nonconforming samples are automatically rejected, while the average value of conforming test results is calculated and displayed—ensuring that results are generated immediately after testing, making the system exceptionally user-friendly.

9 This instrument features functions such as parameter setting, metrological calibration, automatic test control, automatic data acquisition, and a real-time clock. The control unit simultaneously collects test data on the specimen’s stability and flow value, and automatically identifies the peak value.

10 This instrument also features manual control functions for raising, lowering, and stopping, making it convenient for users to select the appropriate mode of operation.

II. Main Technical Parameters and Specifications

    8 Ambient temperature:                 0 °C~ 60 °C.

    11 Motor power:               550W

    12 , Weight (net weight):          110kg

The instrument performs the pressure-deformation curve according to the procedural requirements. "O" Point correction

Not used "O" Point correction function: The flow value range contains false data; after curve adjustment. "O" After the point correction, the flow value data is significantly lower.

When the peak of the test curve is not obvious, the instrument will automatically follow the procedure. 6.2 The method involves correcting the flow value by taking points.
