DFMS-100K Large Asphalt Mixture Stability Tester

The primary test is a stability test conducted on epoxy asphalt mixtures after aging; it can also be used for testing conventional asphalt mixtures. The instrument’s testing load capacity is 100 kN (10 tons). It features overpressure protection and employs synchronous belt transmission, which prevents slippage, ensures consistent test speeds, and guarantees the accuracy of test data. The instrument performs automated testing, accurately detecting and recording the stability data of specimens, and printing the stress-strain curves of the tested specimens. The instrument boasts advantages such as simple operation, high testing accuracy, and elimination of human-induced errors.

Product Description

　　DFMS-100KN Smart Asphalt Mixture Stability Tester: Load capacity 100 kN (10 tons); displacement range: 0–25 mm. This instrument can measure the stability of all asphalt mixture specimens subjected to pressures below 100 kN. The instrument’s loading rate is 50 mm/min, and its operating voltage is 220 V/50 Hz.
　　The strain sensor is fixed on the pressure sensor, and its measurement point is in contact with the guide rod of the lower punch. Therefore, the measured deformation corresponds to the deformation at the center of the specimen, located at the central axis of the pressure sensor—equivalent to averaging the readings from two displacement sensors.

　　It features a stainless steel countertop with a raised waterproof edge along the front, providing both water resistance and rust prevention.
　　Large-screen touch screen for direct display of test image data; O-point correction function to eliminate false flow readings; after a set of tests is completed, the system automatically identifies nonconforming specimens according to standard procedures. Data from nonconforming specimens are displayed in black, while average values for conforming specimens are shown clearly.
　　The device is equipped with overpressure protection.
