DF-A Type Fiber Air-Screen Analyzer

I. Overview The DF-A Fiber Air-Screen Analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements specified in Appendix A—Air-Screening Test Method for Fibrous Materials, Appendix O—Air-Screening Analysis Test Method for Fibrous Mineral Fibers, and Appendix P—High-Temperature and Abrasion-Resistant Performance Test Method for Fibrous Mineral Fibers, as outlined in the transportation industry standard JT/T 533-2020 “Fibers for Asphalt Pavements.” The instrument employs a negative-pressure sieving method to perform fiber screening tests, thereby ensuring that the fibers used in asphalt pavements meet quality standards. II. Instrument Features 1. It features an industrial touch-screen control interface that is intuitive and easy to operate. 2. Both the measurement and control systems are independently developed, offering flexible selection of modes and screen mesh specifications to ensure accurate screening results. 3. The screening time and negative pressure can be set arbitrarily within the instrument’s specified ranges. 4. The instrument is equipped with a dedicated rotary nozzle that provides uniform air supply to aggregated screening materials, effectively dispersing them and preventing particle agglomeration, thus achieving precise screening. 5. The transparent screen cover allows real-time monitoring of the screening process. 6. It comes with a high-quality negative-pressure source and a dedicated waste-collection device, ensuring a stable negative pressure supply necessary for efficient screening. 7. The instrument has a compact structure and a small footprint, making it easy to move and transport. 8.
