    I. Key Technical Features

    1. The instrument employs advanced instrumentation control and microcomputer processing technologies. The entire test is automatically performed by the instrument itself. This instrument boasts advantages such as cutting-edge technology, a high degree of automation, and the absence of human-induced testing errors.

    2. The instrument features a high-resolution color touch screen that directly displays the stress-strain curve during the test [When the pressure or displacement exceeds the display range, the instrument automatically adjusts the coordinate data], as well as test data for stability and flow value. It also automatically calculates and displays the Marshall modulus, prints out the test results, and provides intuitive test outcomes. Equipped with an 8-inch large-screen color LCD touch screen and convenient shortcut keys, the instrument is extremely easy to operate.

    3 Smart features: The instrument features automatic specimen grouping, automatically classifying specimens that exceed the specified requirements according to procedural standards. The test results for the “K” value are automatically excluded, while the average of the qualified test results is calculated and displayed—truly enabling immediate generation of final results at the time of testing, making it extremely user-friendly.

    4. This instrument features functions such as parameter setting, metrological calibration, automatic test control, automatic data acquisition, and a real-time clock. The control unit simultaneously collects test data on the specimen’s stability and flow value, and automatically identifies the peak value.

    5. The entire test is completed automatically, with test graphs and results automatically printed.

    6. This instrument features manual control for raising, lowering, and stopping, as well as upper and lower limit protection functions, making it extremely easy to use.

    1 Place the instrument properly, plug in all the connectors, and power it on before starting the test. 30 minutes;

    2 Confirm the specimen diameter is 152.4mm Still 1010.6mm Select the corresponding indenter and adjust the crossbeam that regulates the pressure sensor to the corresponding position, ensuring everything is correct.

    3 Once the temperature of the constant-temperature water bath has stabilized, place the specimen and fixture together into the constant-temperature water bath and allow them to soak. 30 minutes;

    4 Place the extracted sample into the fixture and verify that the displacement sensor is properly positioned and adjusted.

    5 Click Press the “Test” button, and the instrument will automatically start the test. The LCD screen will display the stress-strain curve of the specimen. When the test is complete, the loading mechanism will automatically lower to a fixed height and then stop. The printer will output the test results. If you need to print the stress-strain curve, simply press the “Graph” button.

    6 If the test result shows as black, it means that the test result exceeds the current... K Value range—provide a “void” prompt. Consider whether to add a trial;

    7 Remove the previously tested sample, load in the sample to be tested, and repeat the above process.

    8 After the test is completed, wipe the instrument clean.
