  • The second-generation low-temperature water bath employs a new technology. The first-generation water bath relied on compressor-based refrigeration and used external circulation to supply the needle penetration test fluid. However, due to significant seasonal variations in ambient temperature throughout the year, the temperature difference between the water in the needle penetration tank and the water in the low-temperature chamber became substantial, far from meeting the required temperature specifications for the needle penetration test. The second-generation, technologically advanced low-temperature water bath addresses this issue at its very core. It features a compact design and is easy to use.

      ● Wide temperature measurement range: -55.00–250.00℃; Accuracy: 0.01℃;

      ● Temperature control range: 5.00–45.00℃ [requires ambient temperature];

      ● Control accuracy < ±0.1℃;

      ● Temperature sensor: Installed beneath the sample dish, it measures temperature accurately and reliably.

      ● No heater or compressor required—energy-efficient and environmentally friendly;

      ● The program automatically controls the water temperature, unaffected by ambient temperature and featuring high precision.

      ● Equipped with an internal water circulation system for uniform water temperature;
