I. Calibration Method for the Intelligent Tracking Multi-functional Electric Compactor
1. The drop height of the hammer and the height of the compaction cylinder shall be measured using a steel ruler.
2. Use a dial caliper to measure the diameter of the hammer base and the compaction cylinder, taking measurements in two mutually perpendicular directions and then calculating the arithmetic mean.
3. Use a balance to measure the mass of the hammer.
II. Maintenance and Servicing of the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Function Electric Compactor:
1. After using the instrument, it should be thoroughly cleaned to keep both the instrument itself and its surrounding environment tidy.
2. Clean and maintain the chains and gears once a week. Lubricate the lifting mechanism, guide rails, and rotating parts by adding a small amount of machine oil to them at the start of each shift.
3. When the instrument is not in use, it should be covered with a protective cover.
III. Installation and Debugging of the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Function Electric Compactor
1. Place this unit on a level cement floor.
2. Connect the wires extending from the host to the output terminals on the rear panel of the controller.
3. Connect the power cord to the input terminal on the rear panel of the controller.
4. Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
5. Press the set/start button on the controller to put it into the set mode.
6. Turn the setting dial to 03.
7. Press the power on/off button to turn the power on.
8. Press the set/start button until it pops up, and the machine will begin operating.
9. After the machine automatically shuts down, if the compaction hammer is lifted, the wiring is correct and the machine can operate normally. However, if the compaction hammer falls into the test cylinder, the motor is rotating in reverse. In this case, simply swap the positions of any two live wires on the power plug and try the machine again until, after automatic shutdown, the compaction hammer is in the lifted position.
