  Operating Principle

  This rotary compactor uses circular oscillation under hydraulic static load to achieve uniform compaction of the specimen. It is currently one of the most advanced molding methods in highway engineering, closely simulating actual field conditions. It complies with the industry standard JT/T724–2008 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China.

  Feature Introduction

  1. The rack is equipped with directional wheels and steering wheels for easy mobility.

  2. The frame is equipped with adjustable-height load-bearing supports to ensure smooth machine operation.

  3. A specially developed high-performance hydraulic system that operates reliably and silently.

  4. The rotating and oscillating mechanism features a simple layout with few parts, utilizes high-quality standard components, ensures stable and consistent oscillation during mold trials, maintains a steady angle without variation, and operates with low noise.

  5. Equipped with a guide rail assembly featuring high rigidity, the indenter can automatically center itself, eliminating the need to clamp the test mold during operation.

  6. Convenient operation: This machine is equipped with two operating systems—program-controlled and keyboard-manual—allowing you to choose either one at will.

  7. Data management is straightforward at a glance: force values, displacement, rotation counts, rotation viewpoints, and more are all displayed on the screen. A print window is also provided, allowing you to print out various numerical values. Equipped with a USB port, data can be conveniently saved.
