Introduction to Asphalt Testing Instruments: The Determination Method Using EDTA Titration; The Procedure for Determining the Moisture Content of Stabilized Soil with Inorganic Binders by the Drying Method; The Compaction Test Procedure, Key Points, and Calculations for Stabilized Soil with Inorganic Binders; Preparation and Curing of Unconfined Compressive Strength Test Specimens and Their Strength Requirements; Preparation and Curing of Splitting Test Specimens; The Experimental Procedure for Determining the Indoor Compressive Resilient Modulus Using the Top-Load Method; The Operational Procedure for Testing the Contents of Available Calcium Oxide and Magnesium Oxide.
1. Both the production and inspection of the products are accompanied by quality records and inspection materials.
2. For product functionality testing, we sincerely invite users to personally inspect the product throughout its entire process and verify all its functions. We will only proceed with packing and shipping once the product has been confirmed as qualified.
3. Using a small shovel, place the concrete samples obtained as needed into the slump cone in three layers. After tamping each layer down to about one-third of its height, ensure that when inserting and tamping the second and top layers, the tamping rod penetrates completely through the current layer and just reaches the top surface of the layer below. Once tamping is complete, smooth off the top surface.
4. Rotate the transparent disc to above the slump cone, tighten the locking screw, and set the zero point.
5. Press the “Start/Stop” button on the controller simultaneously. As soon as the vibrator causes the bottom surface of the transparent disc to be completely filled with cement slurry, press the “Start/Stop” button again to stop the vibrator. The value displayed on the controller at that moment is the Vebe consistency value.
Common density testing methods; the purpose and operational procedure of the rutting test; two adhesion testing methods for mineral aggregates of different particle sizes and asphalt; requirements for raw materials used in cement concrete; factors affecting the strength and workability of cement concrete; and testing of the setting time of cement concrete.
Key factors affecting specimen preparation; determination of a standardized method for calculating the mix proportion of Marshall specimens; and the experimental procedures for determining the bulk density, apparent density, and maximum theoretical relative density of Marshall specimens.
