Maintenance and Care for the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Function Electric Compactor:
1. At the sliding parts of the machine, add lubricant daily.
2. Regularly wipe down the machine to keep it clean and prevent debris from entering the sliding surfaces.
3. During operation, frequently monitor the instrument’s condition. If any abnormality is detected, immediately stop the machine and perform a thorough inspection. Resume testing only after the fault has been rectified.
4. If the intelligent tracking multi-functional electric compactor exhibits abnormal counting during operation, check the magnet on the chain and the proximity switch, and adjust the gap between them to an appropriate position.
5. After working for a period of time, you should check the elongation of the chain. If the chain has elongated, loosen the set screw on the adjusting flange. Then, adjust the tensioning screw to tighten the chain, and finally tighten the adjusting flange securely.
6. When the indexing turntable exhibits rotational backlash, you can adjust the damping device on the worktable turntable by tightening or loosening the screw to modify the damping level and achieve accurate indexing.
7. After completing the test with the intelligent tracking multi-functional electric compaction tester, be sure to clean the machine and disconnect the power supply.
8. Conduct a safety inspection of the machine once a month.
Precautions for the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Function Electric Compactor:
1. After using the instrument, it should be thoroughly cleaned to keep both the instrument itself and its surrounding environment tidy.
2. Clean and maintain the chains and gears once a week. Lubricate the lifting mechanism, guide rails, and rotating parts by adding a small amount of No. 20 machine oil to each shift.
3. When the instrument is not in use, it should be covered with a protective cover.
4. If you need to stop the compaction test midway or if any other abnormal conditions occur, press the “Stop” button. The machine will cease operation; resume the test only after troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
5. In case of mechanical or electrical malfunctions, do not disassemble the equipment yourself—please have the staff carry out an inspection.
