This instrument is designed and manufactured based on the requirements specified in the People’s Republic of China’s transportation industry standards JT/T 724-2008 “Rotary Compactor” and JTG E20-2011 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering”—particularly T 0736-2011 “Method for Fabricating Rotary Compacted Specimens of Asphalt Mixture (SGC)—as well as the ASTM D6925 standard of the American Society for Testing and Materials and the AASHTO T312 standard of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. It also incorporates advanced technologies from rotary compaction instruments around the world, drawing on the best practices from various countries. This instrument is suitable for compacting cylindrical specimens—either φ150 mm or φ100 mm (available separately)—of asphalt mixtures, emulsified asphalt, and cold-recycled mixtures using an electro-pneumatic rotary compaction method.Main technical features:1. The structure is made of high-hardness, premium-grade steel to ensure precise angle control.2. Equipped with electro-pneumatic servo control for adjustable operation.3. Features a color display touch-control system that can be directly connected to a computer. Through the interface, the computer can display various graphs and charts, and the touch screen enables seamless connection and integrated control of the instrument.4. Easily set test parameters such as rotation compaction angle, compaction pressure, rotation speed, and number of rotations.5. During compaction, it can measure and display in real time key parameters including the rotation angle of the mold, compaction pressure, specimen density, and number of rotations.6. Allows saving, plotting, and printing of compaction test results.7. Offers two operational modes for conducting compaction tests: (1) preset number of rotations; (2) preset target height.8. Interface configuration: 1 USB port and 1 RS232 interface.9. Integrated, built-in demolding device.10. Optional heating and insulation function for the mold rotation chamber.11. Suitable for compaction testing of emulsified asphalt and cold-recycled mixtures.
