DF-7 High-Precision Asphalt Elongation Tester

It features all the functions of a D-6 type high-precision extensometer; it can perform elongation tests, elastic recovery tests, and asphalt tensile performance tests (using the force-based ductility method). It automatically detects the length (L1) corresponding to the maximum tensile force (F1), as well as the second maximum force (F2) and its corresponding length (L2). It complies with the new standard procedures for asphalt tensile performance testing. Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, it simultaneously displays the elongation lengths and force curves of three specimens and allows printing of test data along with the force curves of the three specimens.
Main technical parameters:
1. Capable of performing elongation tests, elastic recovery tests, and asphalt tensile property tests (using the force-drawing extensometer method); elongation rate: 10 mm/50 mm selectable; other speeds can also be set.
2. Extension length: >1500mm; Measurement accuracy: 0.1mm;
3. Three specimens can be tested simultaneously for force measurement; alternatively, you can choose to test two or one specimen individually. The tensile force graphs of all three specimens can be displayed at the same time, or the graph of a single specimen can be displayed separately.
4. Tensile sensor range > 300.0 N;
5. Temperature control range: 2.0–40℃;
6. Temperature display accuracy: 0.01℃; temperature fluctuation < 0.06℃.
7. The test tank is equipped with an illumination lamp for easy observation of the specimens.
8. Total instrument power: 5 kW;
9. There is a computer data upload interface.
