HDSXM-V Type Asphalt Mixture Theoretical Maximum Relative Density Tester

This instrument is suitable for determining the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixtures using the vacuum method. It is used in asphalt mixture mix design, pavement condition surveys, quality management during pavement construction, and for calculating void ratio and compaction degree. It is a standard product specified in the newly issued JTGE20-2011 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.”

  •   This instrument is suitable for determining the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixtures using the vacuum method. It is used in asphalt mixture mix design, pavement condition surveys, quality management during pavement construction, and calculations of void ratio and compaction degree. It is a standard product specified in the newly issued JTGE20-2011 “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.”

       Instrument features:

      The negative-pressure container features fully automatic control throughout the entire process—including automatic positioning, vacuum pumping, pressure regulation, vibration, timing, and exhaust rate adjustment! This instrument is equipped with an imported oil-free vacuum pump for even greater convenience.
