The asphalt ductility tester features an externally mounted lead screw and linear guide rail positioning, ensuring smooth stretching, high precision, and easy observation. The asphalt ductility tester’s refrigeration system uses imported components and features a circulating system for stable temperature control. The bath is equipped with internal illumination and a white baseplate, and comes with a transparent cover. The tensile system employs ball screws and linear guide rails, ensuring smooth and precise stretching. The stretching speed is continuously adjustable via an imported frequency converter, with automatic high-speed return-to-zero function and a braking system. The device is equipped with a 5.7-inch large LCD touch screen that supports multiple input methods, including keyboard input, remote control input, and touch input, enabling seamless human-machine interaction. The dual-core design enhances control performance. The screen automatically displays the elongation measurement, and the device can be wirelessly locked via remote control and calculate average values. A real-time clock and programmable Chinese voice timer provide audible reminders throughout the entire testing process. During the experiment, the device offers full-text voice prompts.
