Analyze the functional modules of the rotary compaction tester.
1. Host computer: Connected to the computer interface on the rotary compactor, used for downloading the system’s test data.
2. Lower-level device: It collects in real time the switch signals converted from sensors and sends them to the touch screen. The touch screen then controls the frequency converter to start, stop, accelerate, and decelerate the motor.
3. Touchscreen: A human-machine interaction platform used for setting operational parameters and displaying process data in real time.
4. 232/485 Communication: Communication between the host computer and the system, between the touch screen and the frequency converter, and between the touch screen and the lower-level controller.
5. Sensors: These include pressure sensors, displacement sensors, angle sensors, limit switches, and others, which respectively collect data on pressure, displacement of the pushrod, rotation angle of the turntable, and whether the pushrod has exceeded its limit.
6. A/D Conversion: The analog signals acquired by the sensor are converted into digital signals and sent to the lower-level computer.
7. Inverter: Provides real-time pressure control for the pressure-control motor and the turntable-control motor, and features variable-speed operation.
8. Motors: Divided into pressure-control motors and turntable-control motors, capable of forward and reverse rotation as well as acceleration and deceleration.
9. Printer: Print.
