Operating Instructions for the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Functional Electric Compactor
a. Before each compaction, the compaction punch, the inner walls of the mold, and the base of the mold should be coated with machine oil.
b. Open the safety door, lift the guide rail slider and the weight hammer, and use the safety lever to lock the compaction head in place.
c. Place the thoroughly mixed asphalt mixture into the test mold according to the specification requirements, push the test mold into the positioning pins on the steel plate platform, and securely lock the test mold.
d. Lift the guide rod and the weight, open the safety lever, lower the compaction head, close the safety door, and press the start button to begin the compaction process. The machine will automatically shut down once the preset number of cycles is reached.
