Instructions for Using the Asphalt Mixture Compactor:
1. First, connect the three plugs at the back of the cabinet properly. The “motor” should be connected to the motor input port on the cabinet, the “non-contact proximity switch” should be connected to the counting port, and the “power supply” should be connected to the power port. At the same time, make sure the neutral wire is properly connected.
2. After completing the above steps, the supplier, Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd., can adjust the “Preset” dial to set the desired number of compaction cycles—from 1 to 99 as needed. Once the power switch is turned on, the digital display on the panel will show “00,” and the power indicator light will illuminate.
3. Press the start button to activate the controller; the status light will illuminate, and the digital display will show “00.” The motor will start rotating, raising the hammer to compact the material. Each time the hammer strikes, the digital display will increment by one. Once the preset number of strikes is reached, the motor will stop, and the indicator light will turn off.
4. Press the Pause button to stop the operation; the status indicator will turn off. Press the Start button again to resume normal operation. If any abnormal situation occurs during operation, press the Pause button. At this time, the digital display will show the number of times the button has been pressed. After completing one experiment, first press the Reset button, then press the Start button.
