Structural Features of the Intelligent Tracking Multifunctional Electric Compactor
The machine consists of a base, a body, a transmission section, a lifting section, a heavy compaction section, and a light compaction section.

Operating Procedures for the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Functional Electric Compactor
  1. After unpacking, first open both side doors and carefully inspect whether any parts have come loose or fastening components are loose (due to transportation). Make sure the lifting hook and chain are positioned in the middle of the two guide rods to prevent the hook from derailing once the machine is started.
  2. Connect the machine to a 220V power supply, preset the number of impacts on the counter located on the side of the machine, then turn on the power and run the machine at no-load for 5 to 10 impacts (Note: there must be a rubber pad or other soft cushion inside the impact cylinder). Observe that the impact cylinder rotates evenly and intermittently. Only after confirming that the machine is operating normally can you proceed with the formal test.
  3. Select the appropriate hammer and compaction cylinder. Gradually pour the pre-prepared soil samples into the compaction cylinder in layers. After each layer is added, press the “Start” button to initiate the compaction process; the counter will begin counting down. When the number of compaction blows reaches the preset value on the counter, the machine will automatically stop. Then, add the next layer of soil and repeat the above procedure. The entire compaction process must be carried out in accordance with the requirements for compaction tests specified in the geotechnical testing standards.
  4. After compaction is complete, turn off the power, clean the compaction cylinder and the compaction hammer thoroughly, and tidy up the indoor area.

Functional Features of the Intelligent Tracking Multi-Function Electric Compactor
  1. The system’s default value is negative counting mode.
  2. Equipped with a jog function, allowing you to test the motor’s rotation direction.
  3. Adjustable and preset number of compaction cycles.
  4. Manually resettable.
  5. It features a pause function; stopping midway does not affect the number of compaction cycles.
