Features of the Rotary Compaction Tester

The rotary compactor employs a brand-new patented angle-guiding method. By offsetting the guiding angle of the mold base, the top of the mold is clamped in a fixed position, and rotating the offset mold base generates the desired angle. As a result, moving parts and wear are significantly reduced.
The rotary compactor is equipped with a random specimen demolder, which can be placed next to the compactor. The height of the demolder is adjustable, allowing the operator to simply slide the mold and the compacted specimen directly into the demolder. For users with limited space, the demolder can be positioned mobile; alternatively, it can be anchored to the floor for added stability. To facilitate lifting molds containing specimens, the rotary compactor provides a mold lifter. The lifter’s sliding mechanism easily accommodates the mold, enabling it to be lifted and moved smoothly via internal wheels.
