3. Using this device and the cooperation instrument’s own compaction view-setting dial, you can quickly adjust the compaction view within the range of 0° to 2°. The entire process of resetting the compaction view takes only 10 minutes, whereas adjusting the compaction view on imported instruments involves a much heavier workload and typically takes more than 2 hours.
II. Structural Features of the Rotary Compactor:
1. This machine is designed to operate safely and reliably under the specified compaction pressure and rotating compaction angle conditions.
2. The system of this machine features comprehensive maintenance functions and is capable of operating in complex and challenging working conditions.
3. This device features an 8-inch industrial touchscreen as the human-machine interface platform, offering a clear and highly visible user interface. It comes with a Chinese-language interface, making parameter setting straightforward and allowing real-time display of process data, such as: number of rotations, real-time pressure, displacement data, and density change curves.
4. A computer interface is provided, allowing test data from the system to be downloaded into a computer and stored and printed in Excel format, as spreadsheets and trend charts.
5. This machine is designed and manufactured with reference to imported equipment; its key components—including pressure devices, sensors, and variable-frequency motors—are all genuine imported products.
