Operation of the Rotary Compactor
1. The steel mold, after being highly refined and corrected, should be preheated in advance. Before placing the mold, put a standard paper sheet inside. Then, coat the inner wall of the steel mold with a release agent.
2. Place the well-mixed asphalt mixture into a steel mold that has been precisely leveled, then place a standard paper sheet on top of the mixture.
3. Place the steel mold into the rotary compaction chamber, close the glass door, and then press the “Start” button to initiate the rotary compaction program. The rotary compaction machine will automatically rotate and compact the mold to form the desired shape.
4. Once the rotation is complete, simply place the steel mold into the demolding device to release it.
