1. Pressure-type crack-sealing machines: These machines perform crack-sealing operations manually. Although they can prevent rainwater from penetrating the pavement base and help slow down further crack development, they deliver excellent sealing results, extend the service life of the pavement, and enhance both the safety and comfort of vehicles traveling on it. Such machines should primarily be equipped with pressure-control devices and heating or insulation systems for sealing materials. To prevent clogging of the spray gun hoses, appropriate heating and insulation measures must also be implemented. Domestically produced models include trailer-mounted crack-sealing machines manufactured by Anshan Senyuan and Beijing Zhenglutong, as well as hand-push crack-sealing machines made by Nanjing Shuangliyuan.
2. Jet-type pothole repair machine: Jet-type asphalt pavement repair technology is a high-efficiency, rapid maintenance technique for repairing potholes and depressions in road surfaces. The primary principle behind this technology is to use high-pressure jetting to mix heated emulsified asphalt with aggregate materials conveyed via spray nozzles and conveyor belts. Then, high-speed compressed air is used to evenly spray the mixture into the potholes on the road surface. Due to inertia, this process achieves a dense and firmly bonded repair. Because the procedure is simple and eliminates the need for subsequent compaction, pothole repair operations can be completed quickly, allowing traffic to resume promptly.
