The asphalt ductility tester is characterized by high output pressure, but it is relatively difficult to achieve constant-speed and especially constant-pressure control. The mechanical pressure testing machine is driven by a servo motor and consists of components such as a transmission system, a pressure plate, and a control and recording device; it offers a wide range for adjusting the displacement speed.
1. In the event of an abnormal operating condition (such as interruption of asphalt or emulsifier solution), the system will automatically trigger an alarm and shut down according to the pre-programmed procedure.
2. Measure and control the temperature and liquid level of asphalt and emulsifier solutions.
3. The keyboard panel sets the proportions of asphalt and emulsifier as well as the production speed of emulsified asphalt, and automatically controls the flow rates of the two fluid streams—asphalt and emulsifier. The adjustable range for the asphalt-to-emulsifier ratio is 20–70%.
4. High degree of automation: The automated production process is fully controlled by a PLC; key process parameters can be set flexibly and easily.
The asphalt extensometer is primarily used for compression tests on a variety of materials, such as cement, concrete, various types of building bricks, rubber pads, concrete components, and metal components, to determine their compressive strength.
