Equipment characteristics of the rotary compactor

The gyratory compactor is used to simulate and replicate the actual compaction conditions encountered during on-site paving operations, thereby determining the compaction performance of asphalt. It evaluates the compactness characteristics of asphalt mixtures and provides support for the design, quality control, and testing of asphalt mixtures.
The rotary compactor equipment features a high-hardness steel frame to ensure precise angle control. It employs pneumatic servo control via a regulator, and a linear displacement sensor measures the height. Generated by a high-precision centrifugal system, simple settings can guarantee consistent rotation angles and accuracy.
II. Equipment Characteristics

2. Electro-pneumatic servo control adjustment.
3. The color display touch control system can be directly connected to a computer. Through the interface, the computer can display various curve charts and achieve seamless connection with the touch screen, enabling integrated instrument control.
4. Test parameters such as the rotation compaction angle, compaction pressure, rotation speed, and number of rotations can be easily set.
5. During compaction, it is possible to measure and display in real time key parameters such as the rotation angle of the mold, compaction pressure, degree of compaction of the specimen, and number of rotations.
6. Do not perform operations such as saving, plotting, or printing on the results of the compaction test.
7. Two operational modes are available for completing the compaction test: 1. Set a predetermined number of rotations; 2. Set a specified height.
8. Interface configuration: 1 USB port.
9. Integrated built-in demolder.
10. The mold rotation chamber can be heated and kept at a constant temperature (customized).
11. Can be used for compaction tests on emulsified asphalt and cold-recycled mixtures.
