  This machine adopts a bottom-mounted drive system, with the motor and transmission mechanism positioned beneath the mixing drum. It is directly driven by a harmonic gear reducer and represents an advanced domestic technology. The design is both unique and rational, offering a large mixing capacity, uniform blending, high mixing speed, rapid and clean discharge, and ease of use and maintenance. It is also equipped with a current protector to prevent damage to the motor. The inner and outer scrapers are conveniently removable and installable, and the wheelbase is adjustable. This machine is a new type of mixing equipment.
  After the pot-type asphalt mixing machine is powered on, the main stirring motor is started via a start/stop switch equipped with maintenance functions. Once the equipment has entered its normal operating state, non-shaped refractory materials or other substances to be mixed are added into the mixing drum of the machine. At the same time, a water pump supplies a specific amount of water into the mixing drum, and the mixing process begins simultaneously. After the materials have been thoroughly mixed, the discharge gate is opened, and the mixer moves along the guide rails to smoothly discharge the material into the designated location. The mixer can move freely along the working guide rails and stop at any position as needed to accommodate feeding requirements from different locations of the main lifting hook. Once all the material has been completely discharged from the mixer, the discharge gate is closed, thus completing one mixing cycle. During subsequent operations, a certain gap must be maintained between all scraper blades and lining plates. Water supply is provided by a single-phase submersible pump rated at 220V and 750W, which operates on timed intervals. Upon completion of the preset water supply duration, the pump automatically shuts off, ceasing water delivery. The entire water-addition process is simple and easy to operate.
