In view of the shortcomings or deficiencies inherent in the aforementioned prior art, the objective of this utility model is to provide a high-strength Marshall flow value testing setup. This setup utilizes standard Marshall test molds, shims, flow value sensors, and a signal switcher to perform flow value tests on Marshall specimens ranging from high strength to ultra-high strength. The utility model features a simple combination and convenient operation, enabling automatic digital display and measurement of the flow values for high-strength Marshall stability. By simply pressing a button on the display screen of the digital pressure testing machine, the readings of the stability flow values can be displayed separately, making this setup highly versatile and easy to use.

■ Asphalt Softening Point Tester: Use of the Display and Keyboard: The display consists of two sets—one on the left showing time, and one on the right showing temperature. Press the “Results” key to sequentially display the test results and the average value. Press the “Stir” key to start the magnetic stirrer; press the “Stir” key again to stop stirring. The stirring speed can be adjusted using the “Stir” button on the rear cover.

How to Use an Asphalt Penetration Tester
1. Heat and melt the pre-dewatered sample; the heating temperature must not exceed 90℃ above the sample’s estimated softening point, and the heating duration must not exceed 30 minutes. After thorough stirring and sieving, pour the melted sample into a sample dish. The depth of the sample in the dish should be at least about 10 mm greater than the expected penetration value. Place the dish in a room at a temperature of 15–39℃ and allow it to cool for 1 hour. During cooling, ensure that no dust falls into the sample.
